CNA Classes in Delaware

Delaware has a more stringent program than most other states. An applicant must be eighteen (18) years old, and must have gotten either their GED or their high school diploma. Applicants cannot have been licensed in a previous state and have been found to have abused or neglected their patients. A criminal background check is required, and crimes such as theft, drug and other charges can keep a participant from being eligible to enter into a program. Applicants must be screened for TB, and must submit their immunization records.
